Staging Services

Home Staging Evaluations:

We offer two levels of evaluations.  The level 1 evaluation includes a walk through of the property, followed by a meeting with owners to discuss my recommendations for readying  the home for the market.  Although the this service does not include written recommendations, we are thorough and give explicit direction on what we have found and recommend during the walk through.  Home owners are encouraged to take notes.  

We also offer a Level 2 Evaluation.  In addition to  the services provided in the level 1 evaluation, this service continues with written instructions on decluttering, neutralizing, suggested furniture arrangement (including floor plans) color schemes, samples and accessory placement is also covered.  Level 2 evaluations usually take approximately 3 days to complete.  

Wright at Home Interior Solutions is a "turn key" business.  We can stage your entire house or just a room or two that you are having trouble with.  We tailor our services to fit any need and any budget and are priced accordingly.  All services and costs are agreed to before work begins.  I also offer "Open House Preparation" and will work closely with your realtor to ensure your home shows at it's very best.

Redesign Services

We also provide redesign services and in an effort to accomodate individual needs and budgets, we charge either by the hour or by the room, depending on the specifics of the job.  All pricing is discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.  Ask about our Special Event/Holiday Decorating Services!
